Martin Nolan’s
pipes… caught the eddies, ducking and diving alongside the jazz
lines with nervy agility… The wedding of sax and pipes was particularly
spectacular.

Times (review of Michael Buckley’s Translations)

noted piper and composer whose openness and receptiveness to new ideas
has taken him and his pipes around the world.

Brendan is the author of the story collections: Dublin Folk Tales, Wexford
Folk Tales and the forthcoming Wicklow Folk Tales and of a collection
of his own local stories: Barking Mad: Tales of Lovers, Liars, Loonies
and Layabouts, originally broadcast on radio.
